The Lucerne Valley USD continued to see an increase in enrollment in October with 1,120 students enrolled in the district, 11 more than the previous month, according to the LVUSD enrollment update earlier this month.
The number is 83 more than last year at this time and hundreds higher than the same time in 2019 when the school district had an enrollment of 835.
Younger students continue to lead the way with 635 students at the Elementary School. The Middle School has 172 while the High School has 296 students enrolled. Mountain View High School currently has 17 students. The alternative school is set to graduate two students at its Winter Graduation Ceremony next month.
