Victor Valley College’s Rams Promise Program (RPP) will cover the tuition fees for Lucerne Valley High School students attending VVC. The program, which can save students more than $1,400 a year, is for California residents and AB540 eligible students for up to two years.
Applicants must complete a simple free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or CA Dream Act. RPP is for both first-time, full-time students who take 12 or more units, or first-time less than full-time students taking 11.9 or few units.
The program is exclusively for the High Desert and Victor Valley communities.
