The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) is a committee of LVUSD Educators, Bilingual Instructional Aides and District Leaders who are responsible for the improvement and progress of LVUSD’s English Language Development (ELD) program at Lucerne Valley Unified School District. DELAC meets at least four times throughout the school year, and is open to the public.
