  • Butterfly Breath: Practice breathing like a butterfly. The activity explains three ways to breathe. Practice each way, answer the questions.
  • Draw a picture of you breathing like a butterfly or come up with a breathing technique of your own.
  • The Outside and Inside Present: Using your senses (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching), pay attention to what is going on around you with your eyes open. Next, close your eyes and pay attention to how you feel inside. Answer the questions.
  • Complete the picture.
  • The Peace Corner Activitiy: Having a quiet place is a great way to help you find calm. Draw a picture of all the things that help you find calm such as your favorite stuffed animal, a blanket, etc.

  • With the help of an adult, cut out the pieces of a skeleton.
  • Put the skeleton together using brads or paper clips in the holes so the piece move. If you do not have these items, you can glue it together but the joints will not move.
