Jacob Capps and Sandra Dickinson Named Employees of the Month

The School  Board presented the Employees of the Month Awards.

Middle/High School teacher/coach Jacob Capps and Lucerne Valley Elementary School campus aide Sandra Dickinson were named Employees of the Month during Thursday’s Board of Trustees meeting.

Superintendent Peter Livingston presented the awards.

“We are thrilled to recognize Jake Capps as our Certificated Employee of the Month for his outstanding dedication and impact at the middle/high school,” said Mr. Livingston, quoting the Middle/High School administrators who nominated him for the award. “As a certified teacher, Jake consistently goes above and beyond, making a tremendous difference in the lives of our math students. His engaging teaching style and commitment to student success have fostered a love for learning and remarkable academic growth in the classroom.

“Beyond the class, Jake is a true team player, contributing his time and energy to coaching our high school soccer and middle school football teams. His enthusiasm and leadership on the field inspire our students to work hard and embody sportsmanship. Always willing to lend a hand, Jake exemplifies collaboration and is constantly seeking ways to improve his craft, setting a powerful example of growth and dedication.
