Certificated - Jamie Farrell
“So we're excited to recognize Jamie “J.P.” Farrell as our employee of the month,” Mr. Livingston said. “As our elementary PE teacher, head of the enrichment department and house leader he plays an essential role in shaping the energy and culture of our campus. From the moment he steps on the campus, you can see him in action, leading engaging high-energy lessons where students are not only active but generally excited to participate. This positive presence is contagious. It's no surprise our students absolutely love him.”
“Anytime you go by the field, he's out there doing PE. Every kid is a kid. It's the most amazing thing I've ever seen, I think. And it truly is remarkable, I just want to say that. In addition to the teaching and leadership roles, he has stepped up as an admin designee and has been a tremendous support to the administrative team. He also plays a key role in supporting our sixth grade students who participate in athletics at the middle school, helping ensure they are prepared and ready to start their sessions.
“On top of that, he coaches middle school volleyball, continuing to invest in the students' growth both on and off the court. He coaches all of these responsibilities with professionalism and reliability. What truly sets him apart is the ability to balance high expectations with genuine care and compassion. He holds students accountable while also building strong, respectful relationships with them, ensuring they're all supportive.
“His leadership, positivity, and dedication make a powerful impact on our entire school community. We're incredibly fortunate to have you on our team. So congratulations to you, J.P.,” Mr. Livingston concluded.
Classified - Joe Gallardo
“Next up, we have our Classified Employee of the Month who was unable to be here today because he's coaching. And that’s one of the reasons why he's one of our employees of the month. We are proud to recognize our Campus Security team member Joe Gallardo as Classified Employee of the Month. In addition to his vital role in maintaining a safe and secure campus, he serves as a dedicated cross country and track & field coach, as well as a key contributor to our after-school sports medicine program.
“Joe consistently goes above and beyond to build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families. His calm demeanor and professionalism are especially evident during emergency situations, where he has provided critical support during both staff and student medical incidents. Drawing on his background in the military medical field, he brings expertise, confidence, and a reassuring presence when it matters most.
“Joe’s commitment, compassion, and willingness to serve make him an invaluable member of our school community. We are grateful for all he does and are proud to congratulate him on being named Classified Employee of the Month.”
