The Lucerne Valley USD has three websites: one for the district and one each for the elementary and middle/high school. It also is on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

The largest all staff gathering in years celebrated the contributions of all team members while enjoying a breakfast burrito meal served by the Café 247 staff.

The school district awards staff members for years of service at the recent staff Welcome Back Breakfast.

The “Loving Solutions” training program is designed for parents and guardians raising children ages 5-12. Also known as Parent Project Jr. this program uses proven principles to strengthen parent-child relationships. (Thursday, July 28, 2022)

Mitsubishi Cement Corporation Education Foundation (MCCEF) approves close to $30,000 in teacher mini grants.

Two years after the Lucerne Valley Virtual Academy was started as an option for families during the COVID-19 pandemic, the program is still going strong and with no end in sight. (June 16, 2022)

The Lucerne Valley USD and Lucerne Valley Elementary School were both recognized earlier this year for the 2022 California Pivotal Practice Award.  On Thursday, June 9th school board members and Superintendent Peter Livingston celebrated the district receiving the award and official flag. (June 10, 2022)

John Cosato, who has served as a custodian for 26 years before retiring this month, was recognized for his devoted service by the Lucerne Valley Unified School District during the Thursday, June 9th meeting of the Board of Trustees. Superintendent Peter Livingston presented the award with personal acknowledgements by LVUSD Chief Business Official Douglas Beaton and members of the board. (June 10, 2022)

Adele McClain, who serves as an administrator for Apple Valley and Lucerne Valley Adult Education, was recognized as Employee of the Month for June at the Thursday, June 9th meeting of Lucerne Valley USD’s Board of Trustees. The award was presented by LVUSD Superintendent Peter Livingston. (June 10, 2022)
